Tinapay Sourdough is an Organic Artisan Bakery offering delicious long proof sourdough breads, baked goods with love. Our method respects the traditional way of making bread the way it was done thousands of years ago by not rushing the process. We only use the best Australian organic flours, locally sourced pacific sea salt & water, combined with our natural leaven, captured in 2014.
Our goal is to showcase the goodness of long proof sourdough methods and it's nutritional value. By letting our breads to proof for 48hrs, the natural leaven lowers the gluten & carbohydrates, passing on B group vitamins in the process.
This means our breads will be easier to digest, low G.I, helps lower cholesterol and better for your gut health

Tinapay Sourdough's aim is to Breaducate people on why we should choose wiser when buying everyday staples like bread. We do not only offer tasty breads & baked goods but we also offer Sourdough Breaducation workshops. In 2025 we want to invite the public into our bakery and showcase how we do this. Our breads can be ordered online or at many of the markets & stockist around the Central Coast. We are continually growing our Retail & Wholesale business and with a new purpose built factory planned to open in early 2025 our mission of getting people to eat good bread will really come to life. As we say at Tinapay EAT GOOD BREAD PEEPS!!!!
What Tinapay offers
Organic Sourdoughs
Tinapay uses only Organic flours from Wholegrain mill, Pacific sea salt from Olssons in each loaf, so you can enjoy the tasty goodness of sourdough in every bite.
Sourdough Pastries
Just like our Sourdough loaves our pastries use the same quality ingredient like real eggs, honey & fruits sourced as local as we can & combined with our Natural Leavan.

Breaducation Workshop
Learn to make your own sourdough. A maximum of 4 students allows you to get the most out of the course. Take home a sourdough starter pack, breads, focaccia & ongoing support from
Head Baker Jez.
